Plumbing, handledbefore it spreads.
A leak under the sink is a Saturday problem. A leak inside the wall is a renovation. ResQ coordinates a licensed plumber to your door, with a written scope you approve before any work starts — and one number to call if anything goes wrong.
Jobs we handle.Every week.
ResQ doesn't perform the work — we select a vetted, licensed provider and coordinate the appointment. The job types below are what our customers most commonly call this trade for. If your job isn't listed, send the request and tell us — we'll tell you honestly whether we can help.
Dispatched providers hold an active Florida plumbing contractor license (CFC) for the work they perform. We verify it before they are assigned your job.
Leaks & water damage
Supply-line leaks, pinhole leaks in copper, slab leaks, and the moisture damage they leave behind. We get the leak located and stopped, then the repair scoped.
Water heaters
Repair, replacement and tankless conversions. Gas and electric, handled by a licensed professional.
Drains & sewer lines
Clogged drains, slow sinks, main-line blockages and sewer camera inspections. We coordinate the diagnostic so you know what you're fixing before you pay for it.
Fixtures & toilets
Faucet, toilet, shower valve, garbage disposal and fixture replacement. Often a same-appointment job once the provider has the parts.
Repiping & rough-in
Whole-home repiping, bathroom remodels and additions requiring new supply or drain lines, carried out by a licensed professional.
Water pressure & quality
Low pressure diagnosis, pressure-regulator replacement, and shutoff valve work that keeps the rest of the house protected.
The reasons we hear.
- There's water where there shouldn't be, and you need it found before it spreads.
- The water heater is 12 years old and you'd rather replace it on your schedule than on a Sunday.
- A drain keeps backing up and the last fix didn't hold.
- You're selling or buying and an inspection flagged the plumbing.
- You've had three 'guys' look at it and nobody agrees on what's wrong.
Honest limits.
ResQ is the coordinator. The provider performs and warrants the work. We won't promise things we can't deliver, and we'll say so here rather than discover it on your doorstep.
- Emergency dispatch. For active flooding, gas odors or any immediate danger, call 911 or your utility first — ResQ coordinates service, we don't run an emergency dispatch centre.
- Mold remediation and full water-damage restoration. We can coordinate the plumbing repair that stopped the source; the restoration is a separate licensed trade we'll tell you honestly we're not currently staffing.
- Septic tank pumping and septic-system installation — separate licensure from plumbing contracting.
- Warranty work on a manufacturer's defect. That runs through the manufacturer, not through us.
How a ResQ job runs.
- Step 01
Tell us what's going on
Call, text, or send the form. Plain language is fine — you don't need to know which trade to call.
- Step 02
We find the right professional
We match your job to a trusted local professional suited to the work, your area and their availability.
- Step 03
You approve the price
The professional explains what they found and what it costs. Nothing starts until you say go ahead.
- Step 04
We stay with it
One point of contact from first call to completion — and we follow up after to confirm it was done right.
